Efficient Sorting Systems for Small and Large Batches
The sorting and feeding systems from SorTec ensure efficient processing to complete your packaging line. We offer vibratory sorting units for small batches as well as our patented centrifugal sorting unit, which, with its high output, is ideally suited for larger batches. Sorting applications include plunger rods, syringe barrels and plastic bottles, and through fast, yet gentle processing, fulfill the most stringent requirements common in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Our own engineered modules allow plastic bottles to be set upright, regardless of their orientation exiting the centrifuge, thereby alleviating the need for intermediate steps and having the containers ready for processing more quickly.
Good to know: to speed your processes, our vibratory sorting units are equipped with a tool-less clamping device. Sorting units are released at the press of a button for fast and easy changeovers.
