As a solution and system provider, ZEBRA Engineering implements your requirements using a holistic approach. To this end, we are a multi-layered company structured in three business units: Application, Smart Robotic and Automation (packaging and assembly machines).

Application

We offer specialized services for application and design and are also Germany's largest 100% aligned partner for the system provider B&R Industrial Automation. We implement a wide variety of industry applications and provide support from initial contact through to series production. The ZEBRA engineering team attaches particular importance to personal support and consulting. Our engineers and technicians develop customized solutions for you using a holistic approach that is consistently oriented to your requirements. With our innovative engineering services, we aim to create optimum customer benefits. Know-how and many years of experience in the industry make us a comprehensive consulting, planning and service partner. We are your contact when it comes to optimal use, installation, and commissioning. Safety technology, robotics, product transport (Trak/6D) and image processing are among our main areas of expertise.

Automation

ZEBRA Engineering is also a supplier of individual packaging and assembly machines. Here, as a machine builder, we have managed "for the first time" to implement the methodology of digitalization, but also that of creating intelligent processes. Our machines in modular as well as flexible design, are ready for expansion at a later point in their lifecycle. In this way, ZEBRA Engineering has succeeded in addressing not only related products, but also completely different products, on a single machine. The changes and possibilities that this brings with it are changing the industry for assembly machines in the long term. We have succeeded in generating a savings potential of all resources of about 60% across the projects and thus also create, for the first time, a self-sufficient solution approach.

Smart Robotic

We at ZEBRA Engineering see ourselves as a research-oriented development company and offer you a maximum of robot structures, degrees of freedom, payloads, working ranges and options for the selection of novel robot technologies, with the focus on lightweight robotics, advanced robotics and cobotics. The focus is on integration-friendly as well as cooperative robot arms from lightweight robotics and End-Of-Arm-Tooling (EOAT) such as robot grippers.
